Bought a car in October still didn’t receive v5c because mpo never sent the old v5c to dvla and never let the dvla know that car been sold now I have to apply for v5c. How irresponsible company

With Covid making it hard to check cars out before buying it's nice to see this dealer isn't taking advantage by selling cars with faults. The Aygo I bought was excellent for it's age and mileage, and the MPO staff were more than helpful with the sale.

I travelled from Lincolnshire to see a VW Touareg, I must say was not the smartest and a portacabin as an office. First thought why have I travelled so far for this, I then met the salesman, No pressure selling here, went for a drive in the car back to the office for a frank and honest discussion about the vehicle and again no pressure selling. It was explained they would need a few days to get the car serviced and MOT. Picked up the car a week later and took the car home and was really pleased with the drive home. This is where the review really starts, found a lot of oil on the drive next is what I thought would be a awkward and confrontational phone call, especially as I lived over a 140 miles from the dealer, nothing could be further from the truth was told to take to a garage for inspection, sump plug leaking badly, booked in repaired and the full cost was paid by MPO. Thank you MPO for your excellent customer service I would HIGHLY recommend MPO. Thanks

I decided to wait until my warranty with the dealer had run out before writing this review. The car I bought was described to be in perfect condition, both externally, internally and mechanically, but this wasn't the case. There were a number of problems with the car which MPO agreed to sort out before I returned to pick it up. I had driven an hour and a half to get there, both times, so when I turned up to pick the car up, I was disappointed to see that the broke ashtray, light dome hadn't been fixed. The car had also not been valeted. The manager did agree to knock £20 off the price to get it valeted, but it just took away from the buying experience. It was also described to have FSH but had absolutely nothing, including fake stamps in the book. I only decided to continue with the sale because I had a full assessment of the car done. The car had clearly been in an accident so the bumper needs replacing. It was exactly the car I wanted that I couldn't find anywhere else.
