Messed me around all morning with lies and then called me to tell me the vehicle was sold after asking me to come look at it from almost 2 hours drive away, call me 1hr 30mins after leaving! Then had the cheek to tell me he had one similar if I was still interested, very pushy on the phone, almost aggressive!..stay away!!

Bought a Car for my daughter from this dealer. I was absolutely amazed at the level of service received. I am myself a retired car dealer and know how the system works. These guys were down to earth, no pressure sales and honest in describing their cars. I particularly noticed that they cater for all types of customers....from cheap to top end cars carrying a huge range of stock. I directly dealt with Mr. M (Sorry not allowed to name any individuals according to rules of reviews) who really was a pleasure to deal with. As mentioned no pressure sale at all..I checked the car with my own time and bought it as I knew I was buying from someone reliable and would provide after sales service too!! Very happy with the purchase and will always deal with and recommend this dealer to everyone. Thank you and keep up the good work as not many like you around.

I recently bought a 4x4 from MPO and they guys were great to deal with! I've not had the greatest of experiences with dealers so always approach them with caution, but these guys couldn't do enough to find me the right car. The ones I looked at were all well priced too (always do your research!) and they had the car perfectly prepared for when I collected it. It's not one of those places with free coffee and biscuits and people running round in suits - just a bunch of honest guys who tell it like it is.

What a waste of time. Turned up to be told they don’t know where the car is to wait for ‘the boss’ (whilst waiting for the boss we got to sit and watch as they tried to break into a corsa because they key wouldn’t work which is always a great start at a car selling place). Told he would be there in 10 mins, 20 mins later and there’s a few new fellas walking around (all in tracksuit pants, hoodies/jackets and trainers and none of them looked much over 20) so approched them again to be told the car was around the back. Go round the back to a bit of wasteland and the car was parked in a corner, 3 cars deep, bumper to bumper literally driven into the back of each other. Then took them over 20 minutes to find the key after trying several. Battery was flat anyway so there was no way to test drive. Absolute shambles. Do not go here unless you like to waste your time.

Long drive to look at a terrible car. Car was advertised as clean and was far from it. Front end damage, broken suspension spring, panels out of alignment, dents, scratches etc. Pictures on the site missing all of the above surprisingly. Complete waste of a long £ journey.

I landed in Manchester on a flight from Dublin. I planned on viewing a Audi A6 2008 REG. When I got there I inspected the car to find that it would only run for a couple of minutes and then the engine would cut out. I then looked at a Mazda 6 2011 reg and the turbo was not working. Finally I looked at a Audi A4 S-LINE 2008 reg and the interior was dreadful at best, seats torn up and scratches and marks all over the dashboard. The "office hut" or "cabin" is like a warzone, smelly, filthy and the individuals I encountered had no manners or professionalism about them. I would strongly recommend staying away from this car garage. You will not be impressed. I had to return to Manchester airport and book a flight home. Waste of time and money.

Travelled 80 miles to view a SEAT Leon only to find it stuck in a corner of basically a scrap yard, dozens of people hanging around, definitely not a dealership, felt more like a gang hangout. Intimidating and rude staff, the car was in a poor state, not at all like what was described on the wevsite. When we said we werent interested, a dealer followed us to our car demanding a reason.
