    Seen a few cars online and went to see it at MPO. The lads were really friendly and helpful. I loved the car and bought it and drove it away that day! The process was efficient and easy. Would recommend having a look as they have a lot of cars available for good prices!

    Called this dealer and booked an appointment for a BMW but when I got there they just didn’t have the car keys,they just waisted my time, I call them the next day for a second chance but they failed big time and I took my business somewhere else they are poor organised and badly managed

    Dodgy dealers

    Traveled to view a car, after over 1 hour searching for the keys, they couldn't find them, then expected me to pay £100 deposit to get 1 key made, on a dirty car that hadn't even been started. After pointing out the state of two bear bald tires, broken shelf, they said they would fix these issues having since increased the auto-trader list price by £200.

    I needed to source a van quick from Gloucester They gave honest and accurate info on the vehicle. When I arrived it was as described. The only surprise was when attempting to get a new mot it failed on a worn shock absorber which they could not source late on a Friday. The real shock came when they paid for a night's accommodation in a local hotel. I would recommend these guys to anyone 100% The van is driving beautifully.

    I bought a car from mpo in sept 17 and had nothing but problems with it only had the car a few weeks. They came and took it away and they have sorted all the problems on the car also with the understanding that if anything else goes wrong I’ll get a full refund. Kind regards j

    Pathetic, wast of time, drove over 70 miles to look at a Hyundai Tuscon, was told previously , the car was "having a service", phoned again and was told the vehicle could be viewed. Got to a muddy yard (nothing like the photos) and was told the car was at a garage. Went with a young chap and found the garage eventually to be told by the youngster the car was back at the yard...... Drove back to the yard, to be told that it was at another garage !! had enough so came back home, totally useless ...............

    Unprofessional, Rude and waste of my time.

    I called with hopes of purchaseing a car. I had seen and test driven a few locally so when I saw their car it ticked all my boxes. I decided to take a trip down to Manchester and drive it back to London. After a conversation with someone, I decided to put a deposit down. As part of my preparations I wanted to print off the car details but it had been taken offline, I called and asked if it could be emailed and the response was- "I'll put it back online and you can print it from there!". Anyway, train ticket booked for the following day... only to receive a call around 7pm with some story about a DAMAGE to the car and they have to get repaired. The option they gave me was; come and wait around until it's fixed or come the next day. Obviously these options were not suitable, I tried to explain but the person I spoke with was rude & abrupt, he ended the call by saying they would refund my deposit. I've been chasing... 3 days later I'm still waiting.
